The New Floridians voted to donate
a "love offering" to charities at
Christmas in lieu of a club gift
exchange. The members choose
the recipient. Recently we learned
about individuals/families that had
fallen on hard times. This year we
have selected the Congregational
Accompaniment Project for
Asylum Seekers. (CAPAS)
This hard-working group has
committed to helping a family; a
mother with a 3-year-old and a
6-year-old. They are helping
others also in this area.
